My client is a leading Investment Management business based in Edinburgh, with continuing plans for organic growth in Scotland.

Job Description

This Part-Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract role for a Fund Administrator sits within the European Fund Operations Team, and the successful individual will be responsible for ensuring the administration of the funds is carried out efficiently.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Produce Fund Prices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure fund records are complete and accurate
  • All required reports and returns are prepared in a timely manner
  • Communicate with Depository/Custodian as required
  • Ensure all Compliance reconciliations are produced in a timely manner

The Successful Applicant

The essential requirements for this role:

  • Experience in OEIC pricing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good team worker
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills

Desirable skills include:

  • Working knowledge of ICON
  • Previous experience of working in the investment management sector
  • IOC qualified

What's on Offer

The role will provide a competitive, pro-rata'd salary dependent on experience based on 21 hours p/w.
