Job Description

  • Implements all policy and operational decisions in relation to the Long Term Performance Plan (LTPP), including allocation, communication throughout the performance period and the vesting cycle, managing the relationship and dealings with share plan administrators in conjunction with the Company Secretary's office, acting as the primary point of contact on operational LTPP matters for HRBPs and business leaders, manages shareholding requirement process, where it applies, including the communication of requirements to employees.
  • Operationally supports APP modelling and calculations as well as LTPP modelling and calculation in support of the work of the Senior Group Reward Manager and Group Reward Manager. In particular, provides APP out turns for People Hub annual compensation review process and ensures accuracy of input and associated testing within the annual compensation review process.
  • Delivers data and summaries for the Director's Remuneration Report (Annual Report and Accounts) as directed by the Senior Global Reward Manager, including preparation of emoluments data for each Director.
  • Day-to-day management of appreciate programme, including interaction with external provider
  • Preparation and input of Reward and Performance related data to Business in the Community submission on an annual basis.
  • Manages the Total Reward Statement process
  • Acts, together with other Group Reward Specialist, as the primary point of contact on operational data/information requests in respect of the global managerial population for the team.
  • Acts as a key analytical support in the Group Reward team, researching and modelling data, as required, in support of written papers or other presentation material.

The Successful Applicant

  • Substantial track record as an information analyst dealing with executive/senior level populations and reward plans in a large complex multi geography organisation
  • Highly developed and proven technical skills in using advanced Excel modelling techniques.
  • Ability to produce analysis and summaries for written papers.
  • Strong analysis, modelling and reporting capability on analysis outcomes.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data to draw appropriate conclusions and enhance decision making.
  • Able to work accurately and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
