About Our Client
One of the fastest growing technology businesses in the world.
We are looking for an innovative and hands-on leader to join our Talent Acquisition Team, to support our Attraction & Acquisition. You will manage both the strategic and day-to-day responsibilities for hiring top talent across their 10 offices globally, from Engineering and Growth Marketing professionals to Business and Campus hiring.
The Successful Applicant
- You'll have a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in leading a team through growth
- A combination of Recruitment, Program Management, Business Operations and Technical Skills
- Experience across the recruitment life cycle, with a key focus on attraction and engagement
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders, peers and senior management
- Data focused approach using data successfully to identify optimisation
- An Independent problem solver that can set priorities, make high quality judgements and decisions quickly with excellent organisational skills
- An innovative approach and techniques to help scales the business and continue to attract great talent
- Experience in working for an international technology / internet company is a definite advantage
