Job Description

  • Successfully manage and deploy the Intern Program across the UK. This will include program promotion, participant recruitment and selection, learning and development, on boarding and coaching, assignment management, placement at the end of the program
  • Identify key partner universities in the UK and promote the company at campus events, create marketing collateral to attract candidates
  • Lead the full selection process from pre-screening, to phone interviews, to assessment centers, to 2nd round interviews
  • Manage the learning curriculum for the intern program, leverage the current offering and identify internal and external resources to support delivery
  • Set up a robust on boarding process to develop across participants the skills which are key for success at the company
  • Partner with local HR and Training & Development resources when needed
  • Provide ongoing support to the participants via individual coaching and mentoring, focusing on development needs, current skills, strengths
  • Work with each business groups to identify challenging intern assignments and projects. Coach assignment managers on goal setting, expectation setting, coaching and mentoring the intern participants, and on-going performance feedback to participants.
  • Focus on participant's placement into the company's jobs once out of the program
  • Identify opportunities and next steps for expanding the program to additional EMEA countries

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
  • 3-6 years of experience in human resources or related positions of people experience
  • Ability to recruit, assess, select and coach top talent
  • Effective relationship building and interacting with both college recruits and senior leadership.
  • Ability to travel globally, <15% travel required
  • Experience in a matrix organization
  • Experience of change management projects
