Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a team of management accountants
  • Lead the Corporate reporting for the employee benefits arm - this includes the monthly/quarterly reporting to the FCA reporting and statutory reporting
  • Be a key member in analysis of financial data due diligence, forecasting and IRR calculations
  • Closely liaise with the M&A team in the support of acquisition finance
  • Lead and manages financial integration of new acquisitions into the group
  • Support the implementation of new systems within the business as required
  • Implement improvements within the finance team
  • Contribute to the management of the annual budgeting, strategic planning and periodic forecasting processes
  • Ad Hoc Projects

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates will be a qualified accountant and have experience of working in Employee benefits and/or professional services sector. Experience of Due Diligence and/or working on acquisition projects is desirable
