About Our Client

Our client is a London based transport business.

Job Description

A successful Group Management Accountant will have the following responsibilities within this great London based transport business:

To produce timely and accurate management information for the consolidated accounts of Addison Lee Group on a monthly basis;

Budget and forecast/business plan consolidation;

Perform key reconciliation tasks;

Assist with month end / quarter end and year-end financial close processes and statutory accounts preparation.

Assist in the preparation of the monthly consolidated Management Information Pack.

Perform key balance sheet reconciliation tasks and central journal postings for accruals & prepayments.

Assist with preparation of year end accounts, liaising with auditors as required.

Prepare annual statutory accounts for various Addison Lee entities, including reconciliation of statutory accounts with management accounts.

Assist in consolidation of the annual budget as well as forecasts.

Other ad hoc duties as prescribed by the Senior Finance Team to assist in achieving Finance Department objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have the following to be successful in this London based business:

Substantial accounting experience (3 years) in a busy, progressive and tightly managed medium sized business, including: monthly reporting, annual budget preparation, financial modelling, cash flow reporting and statutory accounts.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

CODA financial system and Shamrock experience preferred.

Qualified Accountant.
