About Our Client

An established manufacturing company based in West Oxfordshire near Combe.

Job Description

Production of the monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and management accounts schedules for all company entities.

Responsible for reconciling ledgers to ensure accuracy of accounts for all entities.

Responsible for liaison with the Bank for day-to-day banking issues including Trade Services, Invoice Finance, Credit Cards facilities & submissions.

Responsible for payroll using Sage Payroll.

Responsibility of overseeing the sales ledger & purchase ledgers of the group.

Assisting with the year end audit process.

Quarterly Tax Reconciliations for HMRC and supervision of VAT reporting as required

Assistance in Cash Flow monitoring

Fixed Asset monitoring & reconciliation

Assist in ad-hoc commercial projects as required e.g. obsolete stock analysis, accounts system data validation.

Ad-hoc travel to wider international sites.

The Successful Applicant

CIMA / ACA / ACCA recognised.

Strong IT Skills - Sage, Excel (Advanced), Focus, Crystal Reports.

Good communication skills particularly when discussing finance relates tropics with non-finance managers.

Familiarity of coaching, managing and leading.

Comfortable working with Senior Management and presenting at board level.
