About Our Client

I am working with one of the leading organisation within their sector. Due to growth they are looking to grow out their HR/Reward team.

Job Description

To provide the project team with specialist advice on all aspects of the Hay methodology and progression.

To contribute at appropriate meetings including the joint working group meetings held with the organisations representatives and the recognised Joint Trades Unions.

To translate the new Hay points provided by Korn Ferry HayGroup into a new grading structure and to produce appropriate documentation (online and booklet) that is easily understood by all categories of the companies staff.

To participate in the review of the current approach to support and research staff progression and take forward any delegated agreed actions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Significant experience of the Hay job evaluation methodology.
  • Significant experience of translating the Hay job evaluation methodology into plain English documents, in different formats, for different audiences.
  • Evidence of delivering briefing and training courses explaining the Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation

This is a 12 month FTC. My client is looking to pay up to £53k + Attractive benefits package.
