About Our Client

The Head of Business Development will be based in their City of London office. This business has gone from strength to strength, and is rapidly expanding. Offering brand insights into consumer behaviour, their offering is challenging the major players in the market. With an international presence, offices in both NYC and Singapore, this role will involve some travel.

Job Description

This role's not for the light-hearted. It will require dedication to the brand, unrivalled selling ability and commercial drive to bring this business to the fore of the market. A key role within the business, you'll be managing the New Business Team, motivating them and setting targets accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

You'll need to exhibit a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales with a strategic sales approach to target the global market. Ideally you'll have international experience, with a natural gravitas and ability to lead a team. If you've previously held a Head of Business Development role that will stand you in good stead, but by no means essential. An absolute must is an ability engender trust in your team by leading from the front and motivate the team to over achieve results.
