About Our Client

- Provide leadership to both the Commercial and Estimating functions across both business units
Develop and implement a strategy for Commercial and estimating ensuring that continuous improvement objectives fall in line with achievement of both the functional and site strategies
To take the lead role in the organisation to Identify and manage risk through contract negotiation, change identification and negotiation, ensuring appropriate pricing and protection is in place
Ensure that appropriate policies and processes for successful Commercial and Estimating practice are in place and are functioning effectively
The Successful Applicant
Must be educated to degree level, or equivalent. Background in Aviation or Aerospace with 5 years exposure in this field.
The ability to demonstrate a proven track record in customer management
Demonstrated customer relationship management and a proactive approach to improving and growing customer relationships
You will be expected to travel in this role including oversees.
