Job Description

As part of the leadership team this is an end to end role that will be leading a small team. The primary focus of the Senior eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager role will be to drive online sales and profits. To do this effectively the team will need to deliver on digital marketing and improve website engagement. Customer experience will be a strong focus for this role, with the aim to drive the best online experience for the online channel. This is a hands on role that will require the post holder to develop the online strategy but also have a hands on approach with the team and operational delivery. You will be expected to provide market insight and trends related to the retail consumer space. An important part of their role will be to be to drive engagement with the online brand and launch the new e-commerce platform

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for the Head of eCommerce and Digital Marketing role you will have:

  • Solid e-commerce experience in retail, ideally fashion or lifestyle
  • CRM and eDM expertise
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing especially search
  • Focused on taking hands on action to drive sales
  • Strong analytical ability with a focus on taking actions to drive results
  • Ability to lead & motivate team and work well with partners
