Job Description

The Head of Events Projects role is a great opportunity to join an organisation at a key point in time. The successful candidate will lead, manage and co-ordinate projects whilst raising the profile of the organisation. The role will connect with all aspects of the company whilst the successful candidate must have the ability to successfully engage with stakeholders of all levels. The successful candidate will manage their own work schedule and work within a team of four.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Identify and develop opportunities for major events to raise the profile of the organisation to its stakeholder audiences.
  • Develop projects and initiatives, and make project proposals in response.
  • Initiate and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders actively engaged in events.
  • Develop and oversee contracts with external providers.
  • Identify opportunities to engage external parties with activities and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues of the organisation to deliver successful results.
  • Ensure the effective use of resources.
  • Be responsible for resolving issues on a day to day basis relating to the projects you are involved with.

What's on Offer

The Head of Events Projects role attracts a salary of between £43,000 and £52,000. The role is for the duration of a project, but is guaranteed for at least 2 years.
