The Head Of HR role is responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function with a team of 3 reporting in. The main areas of responsibility for this role are:



Recruitment

Reward

Performance Management

Learning & Development

Talent Management

Staff Engagement

Compliance of Legal, HR policies & procedures



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Head Of HR role will be a proven generalist that is able to switch between being strategic and operational within a fast paced environment.
