About Our Client

My Client is an international Manufacturing & Distribution business with a UK HQ in London and a strong presence in multiple markets across Europe. The company has grown by acquisition to be a pan-European market leader and is continuously looking at future growth opportunities. As part of this growth, the business has created a new role for an experienced Head of Leadership & Talent.

Job Description

Based in London, the Head of Leadership & Talent will work closely with the European HRD and regularly work with senior stakeholders across the organisation. You will be tasked with identifying Training & Development priorities across the European business and work closely with the management community to devise and then deliver various initiatives and development plans. Other duties will include:

  • Supporting broader Training & Development needs across the organisation.
  • Deliver Group-wide Talent Reviews and work closely with HR colleagues to implement plans and initiatives based on such Reviews.
  • Develop new strategies to ensure a stronger focus around mentoring and senior Talent development.
  • Create and implement a group-wide performance management process that can be consistently measured across the business.

Whilst this is a group-wide role the key area of focus will be around middle and senior management communities within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

You will be an experienced Leadership & Talent professional with pan-European experience. The ability to speak French or German in addition to English is critical as this role will be heavily involved in Talent Development within these territories. You will be a proven Trainer, extremely comfortable focusing on delivery as well the broader, strategic creation of initiatives. You will be adept at managing senior stakeholder relationships and able to work closely and collaboratively with Board-Level colleagues.

What's on Offer

c. £65,000-£70,000 + Car + Bens.
