The client is an early stage B2C FinTech start up that will focus on the pensions sector, offering an innovative and consumer friendly solution.

Job Description

The role of Head of Marketing will include the following responsibilities:

Define marketing strategy and develop value proposition

Drive online acquisition campaigns

Define brand guidelines/messaging both internally and externally

Create customer journey

Develop content for distribution via online channels

Maximise PR exposure through proactive ideas and sourcing of media contacts

Track and oversee marketing budget

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

Have experience of data driven marketing tactics

Have previously worked in a B2C marketing role

Have worked in an early stage start up or dealt with new product launches

Ability to develop strategic marketing plans, as well as execute activity across on and offline channels

Financial Services experience an advantage
