About Our Client

Although they have a strong heritage they continue to grow and develop allowing customers to purchase from multiple channels.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for creating a commercially focused brand strategy and annual marketing plan. They will be responsible for ensuring that strategy is delivered in line with budget and company objectives and is commercially focused.
They will lead the Marketing team to deliver effective marketing through a wide form of channels such as PR, TV advertising, online advertising and sponsorship. They will ensure that all Marketing remains on-brand and is targeted effectively to the customer in order to offer a personalised customer experience. The Head of Marketing will have excellent communications skills, reporting regularly into the board with results and recommendations to drive company performance and sales.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Head of Marketing will have:
Demonstrable ability to create and implement strategic multi-channel marketing plans
Experience within an online retail business
The ability to communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders
Great Organisational & leadership skills
Understanding of PPC & SEO
Drive & great team skills
What's on Offer
£65,000- £80,000 Salary + Car Allowance
