About Our Client
The client is a leading brand in Lone worker support solutions covering a nationwide portfolio of major clients. Using unique technology the brand supports clients to help protect themselves against physical, environmental, and cyber threats. The client base ranges from major distribution and logistics companies to the NHS so the opportunity to work with a multitude of organisations is a major part of the role.
The successful Head of Operations will have management responsibility for the key operational teams from the Customer Support desk, Service Maintenance Team, Implementation Manager, Customer Support Manager as well as the Performance Manager.
You will manage the Implementation teams to ensure new customers are on board as efficiently as possible end ensure the processes are in line with customer expectations.
Ensure service level standards are maintained with the Service Desk to keep them market leading.
Drive efficiency in the IT systems and processes to enhance the customer experience where possible.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Head of Operations will have an operations background and have been responsible for a large team. This would suit someone with a Facilities Management background in a logistics or manufacturing background. You will also be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering improvements in processes and IT systems as well as managing performances of key suppliers.
What's on Offer
A basic salary of £45000-£48000
Car allowance of £5800
