About Our Client

Implement and establish privacy policies as well as guidelines which will govern how to handle personal and sensitive information of customers and employees.
Disseminate written privacy policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
Create privacy training, enforcing established policies, identifying the need for new guidance/training, and monitoring compliance with privacy standards.
Establish a record of all privacy documentation, incidences of non-compliance and actions taken to redress.
Be the first point of contact with the regulator in the event of a data breach
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or Law desirable
Experience to include 10 years in the privacy field and working with security issues advisable for this role.
In-depth knowledge of upcoming GDPR essential and global privacy laws desirable.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and devices as well as knowledge of cloud providers. Knowledge of CRM trends and best practices.
Data Protection Qualification desirable
Qualified Lawyer or experience working within Legal team desirable.
