About Our Client

My client is a London based restaurateur that are now in the process of expanding their business throughout the UK. They offer customers a range of dinning experiences and have a diverse property portfolio.

Job Description

The Head of Projects will-

Deliver new build restaurants in line with agreed budgets and time lines through direct project management from feasibility to post opening

Complete feasibility studies for potential new site acquisitions including technical, design evaluations and reports

Develop budget costs for business modelling and final board approval

Co-ordinate design development of sites with all stakeholders

Manage procurement process to include direct contractors and main contractor

Cost management and value engineering prior to commencement as required to achieve budget

Co-ordination of all contractors, consultants and Operations teams as required

Supervision of ongoing snagging and development of sites following opening

Post completion evaluation to identify areas for improvement and future development

Deliver CapEx project programme for existing estate in line with agreed budgets and time lines
through direct project management

Work with Leadership and Operations team to establish a prioritised programme of CapEx.

Co-ordinate design and implementation with all departments to ensure minimum disruption to operating of restaurants.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Candidate will have:

Minimum of 5 years senior expertise.
Relevant Degree.
Worked in multiple F&B brands.
Understands franchise and retail.

Exceptional business acumen and analytical skills.
Highly organised and ability to adapt quickly to strategic changes and engage.

Ability to travel nationally.

Exceptional influencing skills at all levels.
