The organisation offerings include home appliances such as TVs, monitors, printers, refrigerators, and washing machines as well as, mobile telecommunications products like smartphones and tablets. UK Head Office is based in the South of England.

Job Description


  • Representation of the retail team at Head Office level - being the eyes and ears across retail and training nationwide
  • Work with Head Office functions to ensure all new product launches are deliver to exceptional high standard via the GTM process
  • Facilitate communication with the Channel and Sales teams to influence the best results for all parties.
  • To build strong relationship finance, taking full responsibility for teams financial controls (experience of SAP not essential, but beneficial)
  • Be a key stakeholder on all projects that relate to retail and operations
  • Budgetary management
  • Ownership of the Field Reporting system and structure


  • Support the development of the retail, training strategies and future retail innovation
  • Working strategically with agencies/3rd parties.
  • Proven multi-project management, adhering to tight deadlines and to the exceptional standard the SLT would expect

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven project management skills
  • Able to communicate with & present to senior stakeholders within the business.
  • Passion for retail and execution of the shopper journey
  • Proven knowledge of insight
  • Proven track record in successful development of effective teams
  • Self-driven, results oriented, with a positive outlook
  • Control and setting of budgets for a multi-site operation
  • Understanding of Profit and Loss accounting and influence of operating factors
  • Demonstrates ability to contribute and deliver against a business strategy
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proven track record in successful development of effective teams
  • Adept in using Microsoft Office 2000 or later particularly Word, Excel, Email and Internet research
