Job Description

Responsible for promoting both product and delivery services to customers within the designated territory area

*Delivery of agreed sales and sponsorship targets

*Lead sales and implementation activity in designated accounts developing project work plans with matrix group: Amcare Nurses, Patient Advocates, Care Centers and CIC

*Develop flexible solutions for Trust/Community accounts to maximise implementation and adoption across the designated portfolio and service delivery platform

*Deliver business opportunities for sponsorship wins, collaborate with the sponsorship team to drive opportunity in NHS and competitor sponsored accounts

*Identify, engage and maintain relationships with Key Opinion leaders, decision makers & new influential customers within the Local Health Economy

*To Demonstrate a clear understanding of "Transparency Reports" and their position within sponsorship as a key driver

*Demonstrate understanding of customer issues such as: current trends in speciality area, educational opportunities, congress, recent studies, new product releases, to facilitate informed clinical decision making.

*Maintain awareness of Department of Health transformations, gathering intelligence and sharing with internal and external sources.

The Successful Applicant

*Multi-role sales experience including direct selling, influencing and customer management

*Ability to show evidence of upper quartile sales performance on a consistent basis

*Ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources and through effective decision-making, planning and implementation delivering superior business results

*Excellent negotiation skills

*Able to set own objectives, develop comprehensive account plans and deliver business return

*Understanding of the structure, strategies and key priorities of the NHS and up-to-date NHS terminology

*Experience of driving product access within the NHS (community or hospital) to drive demonstrable business growth

*Demonstrate skill in working with different levels & types of customer groups and influencing key decision makers

*Understanding of financial accountability, budgets and resource planning

*Knowledge and understanding of PC's to include: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
