A household name within global distribution with locations across the UK. This is a growing arm of their network and provides real opportunity for growth and stretch in the role.
The role of High Volume Recruitment / Resourcing Manager is to manage a number of agency suppliers and the resourcing strategy for the hire and onboarding of circa 2000 heads per annum. This role has a heavy focus on relationship management, vendor management, metrics and reporting with the opportunity to really drive processes and effect change. Working for a Global distribution business this role can be based across the central belt of the UK (Midlands / Oxfordshire / Manchester / Yorkshire) but you must be flexible in your approach to travel.
The role will involve liaising with major stakeholders to understand and have involvement in Labour Planning requirements, highlighting any issues or "pinch points" within the plan. You will ensure the vendors remain compliant and monitor SLA levels / performance with them through regular meetings and reviews. You will monitor the metrics internally and be involved in the leadership / planning meetings. You will work collaboratively with the agencies and co-ordinate with the onboarding teams , finance teams and the vendors.
The Successful Applicant
To apply for the role of High Volume Recruitment / Resourcing Manager you should ideally have come from an agency / RPO / High volume recruitment background. Recruitment volumes should be in excess of 1000 hires per annum. You should possess excellent project management and communication skills within internal and external parties, across large groups of suppliers. with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi task, you should be able to work in a target driven / fast paced environment. Highly analytical you should be comfortable producing detailed reports and managing vendors through these reports. You should be able to travel across the UK and have an open outlook with regards to locations and hours (although you are able to set your own diary). Of graduate calibre (or equivalent), you should be IT literate with good knowledge of employment law. Any experience of HR / Payroll practices are desirable.
