Job Description

As HR Administrator you will be provide support to the business in all areas of administration to include the following:

  • Managing and accurately maintaining personal files
  • Producing and issuing new employee documentation
  • Ensuring that all relevant forms are completed and processed within agreed timescales
  • Supporting senior management as required in disciplinary/grievance procedures
  • Providing support in all areas of recruitment

The role will be 2/3 days per week

The Successful Applicant

You will have previous exposure within a similar HR Administrator role and an understanding of HR policies and procedures would be highly beneficial. You will possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to work effectively in a stand alone role within a small but busy team in North Kent.

Basic salary - up to £25,000 (Full time salary)
