My client are a global and leading derivatives specialist in the stock market and Forex trading.

Job Description


  • To support HR Business Partners in providing 1st level HR advice and guidance in accordance with Group policies and local legislation as appropriate.
  • To Support Head of HR with employee benefits tasks as required; may include assistance with renewals of benefits, analysing data and administering the Share scheme.
  • To support the annual salary review and bonus processes.
  • To understand, interpret and deploy the company's HR policies consistently
  • To process and manage the maternity process for employees
  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of all HR related documentation, including the HR Systems (Oracle) in a timely and concise manner
  • Provide HR support by responding in a timely manner to external and internal queries, including those sent to the HR Inbox.
  • Produce various letters (reference, change of terms of employment etc.)
  • Conduct the HR Induction and review the presentation on a regular basis
  • Prepare contractual paperwork as and when required ]
  • To conduct exit interviews for staff leavers and analyse the data
  • Responsible for booking employee training courses and maintaining accurate records
  • To support the Group Head of HR with any salary benchmarking exercises or benefit related queries
  • Assist HR Business Partners with the Recruitment & Selection process - including conducting interviews
  • Assist with the production of accurate and timely HR Reports - including probationary, absence and Board reports and analyse the data on a regular basis
  • Assist with the timely submission of information to payroll ahead of payroll deadlines
  • Support HR Business Partners with HR projects and initiatives
  • Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training
  • Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role

The Successful Applicant

 Previous HR experience gained in a similar environment

 CIPD qualified (or working towards this)

 Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

 Experience of working with HR Information Systems (essential)

 Expert skills in Word (Mail merge), Excel (VLook Up, Pivot tables) and Visio

 Excellent verbal and written communication

 Team Player

 Resilience, confidence and adaptability

 Problem solving

 Customer focused

 Ability to prioritise and multi-task
