Job Description

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for HR activities: managing an outsourced monthly payroll process, administration of employee full-life cycle ensuring compliance with employment legislation and statutory requirements - primarily for the UK but may extend to other locations.
  • Provide advice and support to managers and staff ensuring the Company's HR function runs smoothly - inc dealing with questions on UK benefits.
  • Maintaining accurate HR data and systems to produce management reports and metrics.
  • Assist with routine administration of the wider HR team including assisting with recruitment, benefits and producing reports.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience of working with payroll service providers - inc reconciliation and reporting.
  • Proficient or advanced knowledge of MS Excel (inc ability to use vlookups and pivot tables).
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and requirements.
  • Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Well organised and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels.
