About Our Client

A well known distribution and logistics business

Job Description

Will work alongside various project teams within the UK region.

Responsible for the general HR related administrative aspects of the role, be competent using HR systems and ensuring that these systems are accurate.

Producing a range of reports on a monthly and weekly basis

Provide assistance to the senior members of the team to aid business decisions, improvements and any immediate issues.

Will be responsible for supporting employees with HR related queries.

Assist with the recruitment processes whilst maintaining a high level of service.

The Successful Applicant

Suitable Candidates must:

Have previous experience in a HR administrative role whilst maintaining a high level of customer care.

Be flexible and able to adapt to a changing and fast paced organisation.

Must be able to manage own workload whilst carrying out tasks that will support the business partner.

Use their initiative to identify areas for improvements regarding processes and communicate and implement those changes.

Have a high level of professionalism with good communication skills

Be competent using HR systems

What's on Offer

The job is offering between £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

Start date: December
