Job Description

As HR Business Partner based in Derbyshire, key areas of responsibility will include:

- Partnering with senior stakeholders in support of the people and business plans.
- Development of line management capability.
- Working with line managers in respect of the performance management cycle.
- Talent and succession planning cycle.
- Embedding of best practice and ways of working as well as continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for the HR Business Partner appointment in Derbyshire you will be a commercial, adaptable and pro-active individual, able to build sound relationships with your peers, stakeholders and across the wider Business.

You will be a consummate HR professional, used to working in extremely fast-paced environments where there is ongoing change. Ideally you will have worked in different environments to demonstrate your agility and this will ideally including experience in manufacturing environments.

You must have proven experience in a true HR Business role, also including Change.

My client is looking for someone with high potential.

What's on Offer

Up to £50,000 per annum + car + bonus
