About Our Client

Our Client is an international business that manages a number of high-level international Projects relating to Transport & Logistics. They have a number of Projects in operation across Europe have been an established market leader for over 40 years. Their major UK operations are based in London.

Job Description

Based in London, the HR Business Partner will work closely with the Head of HR and manage a team. They will work closely with senior Stakeholders, Managers and external organisations & Unions to provide practical and commercial HR advice and support. Other areas where the HR Business Partner will provide support & guidance include:

  • Employee Relations & Employee Engagement
  • Learning & Development
  • Reward & Recognition
  • HR Projects
  • External Relationship Management (including Trade Unions)



As well as managing a team the HR Business Partner will also play a lead role in ongoing Recruitment & Selection processes. They will be tasked with developing a comprehensive understanding of the organisation and the commercial challenges that it faces from an operational perspective.

The Successful Applicant

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong working knowledge of employee life-cycle processes. You will have strong communication skills and be comfortable and adept at providing senior stakeholders with commercial HR advice. Experience of working within Transport/Rail and with Trade Unions would be advantageous and will be customer-focused with good planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
