Excellent Superbrand brand based in the East Midlands.

Job Description

  • Work with the Senior HR Partner and Leadership Teams to create and implement a people plan that enables functions to meet 3 year plan and targets.
  • Partnering and influencing senior levels of a business to drive HR initiatives and business capability including organisational change programmes.
  • Talent management: experience of implementing talent solutions which meet specific business needs.
  • Experience of managing large scale talent, capability, recruitment or performance projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Great partnering skills with senior leaders and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • The ability to think strategically, balanced with tactical business as usual activity
  • Experience of working in HR functions within FMCG environment would be an advantage.
  • Experience of providing generalist HR support within complex, matrix organisations
  • Exceptional performance coach with high moral courage
  • Gravitas and confidence when dealing with stakeholders at a senior level
  • Excellent knowledge of operational HR (experience of mergers and acquisitions will be an advantage)
  • High level understanding of organisation change, and experience of making it happen
