Large City Centre based professional services organisation.

Job Description

  • To use knowledge and expertise to provide HR support to line managers by balancing legislative requirement with business needs. To work closely with the other HRBP's to fully understand the priorities of each business area and provide commercially sound advice in context of the business objectives.
  • Support line managers with all aspects of employee relations including: Disciplinary and grievance meetings - coaching managers using company policy and best practice principles to deal with often complex and challenging issues.
  • Advising managers on performance management to ensure timely intervention in under performance. To work with the manager and the HR development team to ensure training needs are met and measured.
  • To support with regards to the recruitment initiatives including shortlisting candidates and assisting with interviews where required liaising with the Recruitment Team where necessary.
