About Our Client

The client is a well established global life sciences brand based out of the Middlesex area. The client can offer a 6 month role, with the potential for extension. The brand is expanding rapidly and is a commercial privately owned successful business.

Job Description

The post holder will play a leading role in implementing the People Plan, which aims to ensure that this business area provides it's customers with skilled and capable staff to deliver their business objectives, while providing its own staff with opportunities to develop professionally and to be fairly rewarded for their efforts. The immediate priorities will be to finalise a salary bench marking exercise and implement its findings, implement a career structure for this business units staff, and develop a comprehensive training programme for all staff.
