About Our Client

Our client is a well known retailer and house hold name. Their head office is based in Slough however they have sites across the whole of the UK.

Job Description

The HR Business Partner will report directly into the HR Director and will support marketing, engineering and corporate functions.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Director on a range of projects and procedures including -

  • The company's internal communication plan
  • Delivery of the company's reward and recognition strategy
  • Implementing, maintaining & and developing the organisations HR Systems, Policy's & Procedures
  • Supporting and guiding the business to execute its operating plan and strategic initiatives

The Successful Applicant

As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing an operational HR service, advising managers in all areas of Employee Relations, Recruitment & Training and Development, performance management and change management.

You will be a strong HR Advisor / Officer currently and will have your CIPD level 5 (or working towards) qualification.

You will ideally come from a large, multi-national organisation within either a manufacturing, retail or sales focused business.

This role would suit an organised, practical, hands-on, driven individual who is keen to progress within their career.

What's on Offer

Up to £45,000 base salary, company car or allowance and a competitive benefits package.

39 hour working week with flexibility around start and finish times.
