Job Description

  • Work in partnership with the business, influence, design, implement and review key people objectives that are aligned to both the business and P&T strategy
  • Build, develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Partner up with key stakeholders to deliver a programme of activity to implement and embed business change and key initiatives within the business plan
  • Embed the values leading by example and ensuring a Simple, Personal and Fair approach
  • Contribute to the People plan, providing business insights and feedback to shape and evolve the associated HR strategy and key deliverables

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or equivalent experience plus relevant professional qualification
  • Proven experience as a strategic commercial HR Business Partner within a large corporate / banking environment
  • Proven experience of embedding and reviewing strategic change projects
  • Proven experience of partnering with senior stakeholder with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels
  • Ability to develop and implement a successful people strategy that meet the needs of the business
  • Looked after technology or wealth as a client group will be desirable
