About Our Client
International law firm based from Leeds city centre
The HR Business Partner will take the lead in influencing and coaching the senior leadership team, developing effective long-term stakeholder relationships for the benefit of the business. You will also be extremely well-versed in a full-generalist remit, in addition to partnering senior leaders in talent management, retention and succession planning.
The role is a generalist HR Business Partnering position, incorporating complex ER, strategy development, operational delivery, L&D workforce planning and organisational development. Transactional ER is managed by a team of Advisors, allowing the Business Partner to focus on longer term strategic people issues.
You will be extremely well-versed within the professional services industry and come with a strong commercial focus.
Ideally you will have experience of advising and coaching senior leadership through significant change and supporting cultural change initiatives
The role is a proactive one, requirement excellent team working skills and the ability to build effective and sustainable relationships
The position will partner with designated senior line managers, providing advice, guidance and commercial and operationally focused solutions. New ideas and fresh thinking is encouraged, this is a real opportunity to mould a business partnering role to the chosen individual
The Successful Applicant
Extensive HR experience specifically within a business partnering role. Experience in a partnership environment will be advantageous.
The chosen candidate will live within commutable distance from Leeds city centre.
