About Our Client
National professional services organisation based from Sheffield.
Based from Sheffield, the HR Business Partner role will be will be aligned to a head office environment, and will be a strategically focused role, with transactional HR managed by a team of Advisors. Our medium-sized client has ambitious growth plans, and is looking for someone who can contribute to the long term growth and success.
The position will partner with designated senior line managers, providing advice, guidance and commercial and operationally focused solutions
Provide first-class generalist HR advice and support in a challenging but rewarding environment, enabling the business to reach and exceed performance
The role is a generalist HR Business partner position, incorporating reward, complex ER, leadership development, strategy development, operational delivery, L&D, workforce planning and organisational development.
The successful candidate will be extremely well-versed across generalist HR, including change management, working within a fast-paced environment with a commercial focus.
Ideally you will have experience of advising and coaching senior leadership through significant change environments and supporting cultural change initiatives.
The role is a proactive one, requirement excellent team working skills and the ability to build effective and sustainable relationships
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you will have a background in a commercially focused environment, experience of operating at a strategic level and have previously held positions where you have directly liaised with senior leadership teams.
You will also be prepared to travel with your remit in line with the business needs, with a main base of Sheffield.

£55,000 - £60,000 per annum + company benefits
