About Our Client
A leading Global distribution business with sites all across the UK and globally, but partnering key stakeholders at this site which is based in Northamptonshire.
You will be a member of the UK HR team reporting into the Head of HR for the UK and your role will be to take a proactive lead in UK specific projects to drive an improved and more commercial HR Service.
This role is a generalist role, however is not particularly Employee Relations heavy so there is a real focus on adding value through the people plan, with a focus on talent, leadership development and coaching, organisational development and performance management.
The Successful Applicant
To apply for the role of HR Business Partner you will have proven generalist HR experience showing strong business and commercial acumen coming from a customer led organisation - ideally Distribution, Retail, Business Services or Professional Services. You should be able to demonstrate experience of developing and aligning local people plans to the overall HR and business strategy and have a proven track record of developing effective relationships and managing expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Ideally you will be of graduate calibre with CIPD qualifications, you will will also be able to demonstrate the impact of HR initiatives on the business either commercially and/or operationally and be able to challenge, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation to influence behavioural change.
