About Our Client
Our client is a large organisation with several sites in Kent. They offer excellent development opportunities as well as a competitive salary and benefits.
As HR Business Partner you will be part of the senior HR team and will provide support to a number of key managers and directors, enabling them to achieve strategic objectives. You will provide guidance in a number of areas including ER, change management and recruitment.
You will develop effective solutions to address issues that arise in the above areas and will develop strong working relationships within your division to ensure that there is continuous review and improvements are made as required.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for this role you will have a generalist background but with a real focus on ER. You will be able demonstrate your ability to deal with complex cases and high volumes.
Excellent communication and influencing skills are required in order to develop effective relationships - sometimes at a senior level.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified but candidates studying towards this will also be considered.
What's on Offer
Basic salary - up to £48,000
