About Our Client
Large Engineering organisation in the Wolverhampton area are currently implementing Oracle ERP applications across several internal departments specifically Finance and HR. As such they have a need at this stage of the project to engage with a HR Business systems consultant who could face off to the Oracle ERP integrator and be the Business Relationship manager and key Oracle HR systems consultant internally.
The main focus for this individual needs to be good strong previous HR systems knowledge and a thorough understanding or background within HR
My large Engineering client need a HR specialist with a proven background in previous ERP and ideally Oracle HR business systems implementation to take control of the project and manage and steer the project through several key deliverables and timescales.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for an experienced HR Business systems consultant who has successfully delivered ERP HR applications into an organisation with preference given to those with Oracle experience.
you will need to have a HR background good strong Business Analysis and Project Management skills and the ability to face off to Oracle Consultants and work with them and the organisation to deliver the project in on time and to budget.

This Wolverhampton based contract is being offered on a day rate contract of £350-£450 per day
