About Our Client

My client is a Global Financial Services with a good reputation in the market, both from a customer point of view and a workforce perspective.

Job Description

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

To work in with the divisionally-aligned HRBP to provide technical HR advice on the workforce impacts of business change programmes.

To monitor and report progress on all projects to the Senior HR Manager, Business Change, assessing and identifying risks and issues.

To provide advice and guidance on the workforce impacts of change throughout the end-to-end process of organisational change.

To draft business papers and supporting materials to present to a wide and varied audience.

To ensure adherence to our policies and statutory obligations whilst ensuring that the business' people feel supported through the impacts of Business Change.

To act as a role model for the business' behaviours, providing support to colleagues to meet personal and business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidates will have worked in a regulated industry and will have a proven knowledge of TUPE, Change and Union negotiations. The key requirements are as follows:

Detailed knowledge of employment legislation impacting Employee Relations and the application of it

Has an up-to-date understanding of advising and influencing complex business change programmes including TUPE transfers, re-structuring, location changes and headcount reductions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing with the ability to challenge confidently with internal and external people at all levels

Ability to work under pressure and manage a wide range of conflicting priorities in a demanding and pacey environment
