Job Description

This HR Data Analyst role based in Coventry involves:

Create people reporting using SAP, SuccessFactors and other sources of people data Accountable for the fulfilment of reporting and analysis requests from the customer.

Accountable for the set up and management of all standard/scheduled reporting Supports in HR's drive for continuous improvement of data capture and analysis including a goal of moving reporting requests and delivery to self service or automated Responsible for master data (data ownership, data integrity and quality) including cross functional data Supports ongoing projects to set HR report tools and templates to ensure consistency.

Creates and communicates Quality Assurance guidelines for HR data Investigates data anomalies and manages problem and issue resolution.

Supports SLA and KPI reporting Tracks data against HR scorecard and develops data collection and reporting methods to deliver strategic requirements.

Creates data, analysis and reporting that is engaging and insightful for the customer and delivers a high customer experience (e.g. infographics, dynamic dashboards)

3 Key Skills:

1) Experience of working within an HR function and ideally transformation experience

2) Medium-advanced Excel skills

3) Analytical and reporting experience

The Successful Applicant

The ideal HR Data Analyst will need:

Analytical and reporting skills and experience SAP reporting experience.

Essential Medium-advanced Excel skills

Experience of working within an HR function and ideally HR transformation experience

Experience of handing sensitive personal and complex data

SucessFactors reporting experience desirable

Previous project management experience and familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of a project life cycle

Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project and Visio Flexible and adaptable and able to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving work environment

What's on Offer

This role is being offered on a 3 months initial contract role with an hourly rate of £14.00 - £16.50 dependant upon experience and skill set.
