About Our Client

My client are a shopping tax refund company who operate in dynamic conversion, marketing services and point-of-sale technology.

Job Description

Main Duties

Daily HR operational agendas, processing all steps within employee life cycle starting

with preparing the onboarding documents an ending with termination and post

termination activities (eg. contracts and compensation packages),.

Management of employment contracts and all other employment documents for all

GB entities in the UK

Maintaining a relationship with local Labor authorities, ACAS etc

Daily HR operational support of GB teams in the UK, dealing with any queries that

need local approval/ assistance

Develop activities to help to improve GB image as Employer of Choice in the UK

The Successful Applicant

Background and education

HR background and operational experience (min 5 years),

HR education, University BC level

Organizational skills and capabilities

Working knowledge of labor law in the UK

IT skills and excellent level of computer literacy

Experience with HR Enterprise Solutions (Workday knowledge and experience is an advantage)

Personal skills and capabilities

Communication (all directions)


Hands on attitude

Organizational skills


Target orientation


Ability to learn and develop
