Job Description

Business Partner

o Take care of the Organisation development, help employees with their development; ensure staff engagement;

identify issues with morale and culture and generally look after the well-being of the people in the business.

o Manage the recruitment activities with the Head of HR.

o Monitor the induction process of UK new joiners and ensure their proper integration.

o Coordinate Training & Development programs

Legal & Compliance

o Ensure all activities are compliant with internal rules & regulations, as well as external ones including local

employment and labour laws.

o Provide input into policy development activities to raise awareness of and ensure compliance with best



o Be the back-up of our Chief Administrative Officer in London for the full HR administrative life cycle of


o Maintain our HRIS, our Electronic Content Management system and our intranet up to date.

o Ad-Hoc administrative tasks.

Support the Head of HR on ad-hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

University degree

Previous experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking

Good knowledge of UK Labour law

Bilingual French and English.

Able to work in a team and independently.

Business and delivery oriented.

Produce precise, organised and accurate work.

Highly motivated and enjoy challenges.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong sense of values and ethics.
