About Our Client
A growing Business Services company with major clients across the UK . The business are steadily growing and winning new contracts.
This generalist HR Manager role will provide employment law advice to the management team across the business. Working across all aspects of HR your role will be to provide a professional Hr service to your client base, advise on ER and employment law, get involved in recruitment activity and drive through the appraisal and talent process.
The Successful Applicant
To apply for this role you must have a proven track record in a stand alone HR Manager role or similar and have experience of updating and developing HR processes. You should have come ideally from a facilities management or similar fast paced environment. You must be CIPD qualified and have ideally experience within a TUPE or similar changing environment. Your knowledge of employment law will be second to none and you should be prepared to travel throughout the UK to the various offices.
