About Our Client

My client is a global organisation, this role will be based in Edinburgh.

Job Description

* Provide HR Systems expertise to the business including the management of system interfaces and data uploads with third parties.
* Deliver and develop effective standard & ad-hoc reporting that align and support the HR strategy and business requirements.

* Define and deliver the service level agreements with the business to meet industry and global standards.
* Analyse HR management information and proactively make recommendations to the business.
* Develop and deliver HR systems training to HR & the business to ensure that the systems are utilised effectively.
* Provide a customer focused HR systems helpdesk business to ensure that the HR systems provide the correct data and run smoothly.
* Deliver continuous improvement/system development for HRIS and Data Management to ensure fit for purpose and leading edge standards whilst fitting within standards.
* Coach and develop Data Analyst(s) to develop their capabilities and enable them to deliver their best.
* Manage the HR intranet platform to ensure it delivers the HR business requirements.

The Successful Applicant

The sucessful candidates will haveL

* Extensive knowledge of system implementation and testing practices, ideally SAP, however this is not essential.
* Business awareness and ability to translate business requirements into HR systems requirements
* Sound working knowledge of industry HR systems best practice, legal and other compliance issues.
* Advanced knowledge of PC packages - SAP, Expert Excel user
* Data Intelligence tool user - with basic programming skills Stakeholder management at senior levels
* High level of organisation, planning & prioritisation
* Coaching for success
* Strong customer focus ethos
* Logical, analytical problem solving approach
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills - impact and influence
* General knowledge of HR policies and practices
