About Our Client

  • Based in Bradford you will join a small team located in their head office. In this newly created role you will support the UK HR Director, working on UK wide HR Projects.

    This is an exciting role that will require an HR Manager with excellent stakeholder management skills that can build cross-functional relationships. Strong influencing skills are essential in order to work alongside senior management. Our client is a small, growing organisation and therefore are looking for a forward thinking HR professional to grow with their vision.

Job Description

  • Based from Bradford, the role will encompass the strategic overview of HR issues whilst working in close partnership with senior stakeholders.
  • Working with the management team to source, develop and maintain HR policies
  • Monitor and develop performance policies
  • Act as the hub to share information, knowledge and expertise across the subsidiaries and the local HR teams
  • Drive change throughout the business, working closely with the company's senior stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • The chosen candidate will have extensive experience in a generalist HR position
  • The role will be based from Bradford, and therefore you will need to be within commuting distance of this location
  • Experience of the provision of HR information for bid and tender submission including an awareness of the commercial implications of TUPE is desirable.
  • Ability to assess business risks in relation to HR issues
  • CIPD Qualification essential / degree desirable
