About Our Client

Our client is a global organisation that is truly a leading within their field. This is a new role for the business and will be reporting directly in to the HRD.

Job Description

The core content of the role will be focusing on:

Employee Reltations

  • Ensures that mechanisms are in place to enable escalation of employee issues
  • Ensure that managers are equipped and skilled to drive a positive employee relations agenda
  • Manage the communications and engagement agenda

Workforce Planning

  • Ensure that the operations are resourced optimally, taking actions to increase, decrease or reshape the workforce profile, in order that the business operating targets are achieved
  • Oversee the recruitment needs and agenda of the business ensuring that required recruitment activity is supported by robust processes
  • Support the HR Director in planning and executing new business growth initiatives


  • Working with the internal compensation partners, ensure that the organisation is compensated appropriately according to local market and industry practices.
  • Review bonus plans across the business in order that the plans are being applied and managed in a way that drives maximum business performance

Employee Development

  • Ensure that managers throughout the organisation have employee learning/training & development
  • Ensure a performance management culture within the business, ensuring full implementation of an ongoing and annual performance & development process, addressing poor and marginal performance issues whilst driving development of employees

HR Function

  • Partner with business leadership team to ensure that People/HR initiatives and priorities are aligned with the business vision, mission and goals, in order that the HR agenda is fully aligned with business agenda and delivers maximum value

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have experience of the following:

  • Working with an International population in less developed countries.
  • Experience gained supporting a multisite business operation
  • Experience gained working in a business that employs in hazardous or challenging locations - for example, military or 'red zone' environments
  • Strong HR generalist, with good experience in all areas of HR, but with a specific experience of employee relations and talent management

What's on Offer

This role is paying up to £60k - With a 15% bonus
