About Our Client

The client are a B2B business services organisation with a turnover of £100M. The company are embarking on a considerable period of growth, and are looking for a HR Manager to join them on this journey. The environment is fast paced and there will be a period of change for the organisation.

Job Description

The HR Manager will provide generalist HR support to the contact centre, which will include:

  • Partnering the management team of the contact centre
  • Providing ER support for the contact centre, including hands on work with disciplinaries, grievances etc
  • Reporting to the HR Director and working alongside other HR Managers in other parts of the organisation

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must have strong HR Management experience within a contact centre environment. The candidate will need to be very 'hands on' in how they support a team, and very willing to get involved in offering support across the contact centre. The candidate should be comfortable with a fast paced environment with considerable change.

What's on Offer

Basic salary £40,000 - £50,000 pa

25 days holiday + Bank holidays
