About Our Client
Our client is a highly successful business with multiple sites in Kent. As a result of continued growth they are now looking to recruit an HR Manager.
As HR Manager you will work closely with local managers to support them in all areas but with a focus on areas such as performance management, talent acquisition and dealing with issues around absence, sickness and disciplinaries. You will need to be able to coach and train managers in these areas and develop policies and procedures where they are missing.
You will guide managers on best practice and will provide guidance on recruitment and selection processes to ensure a continued succession of talent within the business.
The Successful Applicant
You will be CIPD qualified or have rel event experience and will have a generalist background in HR. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of managers.
What's on Offer
Basic salary - £35,000 - £40,000
