- A varied multi-site role based mainly in Stirling
About Our Client
A well established manufacturing and Retail Company.
- Provide support on general HR matters and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Assist with complex case management issues
- Provide innovative and creative solutions that will help improve current processes.
- Work with senior management and keep them appraised of any HR issues, by providing accurate and timely information.
- Also advise managers on how to effectively communicate with employees
- Help develop initiatives for continual improvement, and assist in implementing them
The Successful Applicant
Suitable Candidates must:
- Have previous experience in a senior generalist role
- CIPD qualified
- Experience dealing with a multi-site company
- Be competent using HR systems
- Have a knowledge of payroll
- Experience in dealing with senior management
- Good communication skills and a positive and professional attitude

- The job is offering between Â£35,000 - Â£40,000 depending on experience.
- Location: Stirling - also involves travel to other sites
