About Our Client
A growing and exciting Distribution business based in Northamptonshire. With multiple sites across the UK this company are winning business and as a result have experienced major growth.
The role of HR Manager is a fully generalist role. With a real focus on the recruitment and workforce planning strategy for the contracts (and the seasonal nature of these contracts), the role will also involve ER (Disciplinaries and Grievances), TUPE, Learning and Development (outsourcing or coaching managers), talent - including looking at cross skilling or upskilling, agency management and working with the leadership team on HR legislation that could impact the business.
The Successful Applicant
To apply for the role of HR Manager you will have experience within a distribution environment (or similar) in an HR Management role. you will have a generalist background and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in recruitment and working with the management team to develop a workforce planning strategy. You will also drive performance through people throughout the operation along with the management team so demonstrable experience in this would also be of interest. ideally you will be of graduate calibre or be CIPD qualified. The role will cover 2 sites in Northamptonshire but with the possibility of picking up more sites in future.
